Vassilis has also developed a client base in the area of company and commercial law, advising on company formation, establishment of Greek subsidiaries of multinational companies, ongoing corporate governance for listed and non-listed companies and employment issues, with an emphasis on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts of all types.
