Charalampos Kondis

Charalampos specialises in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, civil and commercial litigation and corporate law.

He is currently advising and representing reputable EU based car manufacturers in relation to diesel engines’ emission matter and monitors all aspects of this case as it unfolds in Greece (of civil, administrative and criminal nature). This is a landmark and very demanding case, a significant issue of which is the simultaneous handling of numerous lawsuits brought by individual diesel vehicle owners against car manufacturers before Greek courts.

Charalampos recently advised Black Sea Trade and Development Bank with respect to a 10,000,000 Euro Loan Agreement entered into with Aegean Baltic Bank along with an Assignment Agreement to further secure financing under the Loan Agreement.

Charalampos in the past has been involved in tender offers for the acquisition, squeeze-out and delisting of Greek listed companies, participated in the real estate privatization process by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund and has advised foreign investment services firms in relation to corporate and regulatory matters arising out of the ongoing operation of their branches in Greece.

Charalampos speaks Greek and English.
